Elevator Pitch

In order to build a sense of community while the school buildings are scattered for students in Academy of Art University, our group solution provide a digital platform to navigate students through life inside and outside school.

Unlike campus Apps of CCA, SVA and SCAD, our App consistently and holistically benefiting students by building connections with each other and the industry at every phase of their never-ending journeys.

Project Background

We collaborated with Apple to develop a mobile app for the Academy Art University based on the strategy Get Together.

In this collaborative effort involving three team members, I played a significant role in all aspects of UX/UI design and led the development of a holistic branding strategy.

Our team was voted Best in Show and Best Contents by the panel of Apple judges.

Background Research

Almost half of students are taking online class exclusively, which emphasis a concern of lacking a inclusive online platform to get together.

Due to timeline constraints, we rapidly iterated on our design through self-testing, without the opportunity to conduct thorough iterations with our target users.
